Aatmic (“we”, “us”) sells one-time, personalized Vedic astrology and numerology PDF reports. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) in mind.
We collect only what is needed to generate and deliver your report:
Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
Your birth details and name are used solely to calculate your chart and generate your personalized report. Your email is used solely to deliver the report and to send you order-related messages. We do not use your data for any unrelated purpose, and we do not sell it. This is the principle of purpose limitation under the DPDP Act: we use your data only for the specific purpose you gave it to us.
To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted third-party processors who act on our instructions:
We may also use analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure how our ads perform. These help us understand visits in aggregate and are not used to read your report.
We keep your data only for as long as needed to deliver your report and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your information protected.
